ZCP to call at Norfolk

ZIM recently announce that ZIM Container Service Pacific (ZCP) is adding the port of Norfolk to its route, starting in mid-June.

The first vessel to call Norfolk will be the ZIM Mediterranean voyage 47/W.

The new rotation will be: Savannah-Norfolk-New York-Halifax-Kingston-Los Angeles-Oakland-Vostochny-Ningbo-Shanghai-Pusan-Balboa-Kingston-Savannah

ZCP Shanghai-Norfolk transit time is 30 days, one of the best in the market.

Rafi Ben-Ari, ZIM VP Shipping, said, “This latest upgrade of our long-standing ZCP service is aimed at responding to our customers’ needs in this trade, while making our network more efficient.”
