'ROK -JPN Maritime Port Logistics Seminar' marks 50th anniversary of normalization of Korea-Japan relations

Busan Port Authority (BPA, President Lim Ki-tack) stated that 'ROK - JPN Maritime Port Logistics Seminar' took place on July 13 in Tokyo, Japan hosted by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Japan and organized by BPA in order to mark the 50th anniversary of the normalization of relations between Korea and Japan.

This event was prepared as part of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the normalization of the Republic of Korea-Japan relations in 2015. At the seminar, shipping companies, consignors, and logistics corporations delivered presentations on maritime port logistics promotion of ROK and Japan and conveyed messages of gratitude to major clients of Busan Port for their support.

In particular, Japanese enterprises that reside in Busan New Port distripark introduced "Successful Operation Cases at Busan New Port Distripark."

BPA Park Chung-sik expressed his gratitude to Busan Port users in Japan and stated, 'marking the 50th anniversary of the normalization of relations between our two nations, we expect to see enhanced cooperation in the maritime port logistics sector and marine tourism industry."
