K-Line is enhancing its West India service with the introduction of a new Kwangyang-Kaohsiung-West India Express (FIX) service starting November 30, 2011 from Kwangyang as a slot operator.
By introducing this new service, K-Line will provide direct service from Kwangyang and Kaohsiung to Nhava Sheva and Karachi. K-Line presently operates two other weekly services (called INDFEX-1 and CIX-2) calling at Xingang, Qingdao, Pusan, Shanghai, Ningbo, Hong Kong and West India.
The port rotation is Kwangyang - Busan - Shanghai - Ningbo - Kaohsiung - Singapore - Nhava Sheva - Karachi - Port Klang - Singapore - Kwangyang. The ‘Hanjin Durban’ will be deployed for the start sailing.
