The Port of Hamburg joint venture stand B11-C11 in Hall One will showcase services from nine enterprises from Hamburg and the Metropolitan Region.
Following an unavoidable two-year gap, Breakbulk Europe in Rotterdam is keenly anticipated. HHM - Port of Hamburg Marketing will again be running a joint venture stand - B11-C11 - between 17 and 19 May. Nine enterprises will be showcasing their services in Hall 1 on around 70 square metres.
Hamburg has a long tradition as a universal port. Its state-of-the-art multi-purpose terminals handled around 1.24 million tons of conventional general cargoes in 2021.
These included many out-of-gauge and weighty machinery/plant elements, factory equipment, metals and other industrial building elements. Along with its partner ports in the Metropolitan Region, the Port of Hamburg offers a wide range of breakbulk services. “For us and our members, Breakbulk Europe is an essential industry gathering, where networking is supremely important,” says Axel Mattern, HHM’s Joint CEO.
With HHLA - Hamburger Hafen and Logistik, Saco Shipping and TCO Transcargo, three Hamburg companies will join the stand to present their services at Breakbulk. Also there from the Hamburg Metropolitan Region will be the Ports of Brunsbüttel, Kiel, Lübeck and Rendsburg. With SCA Logistics and Schramm Ports & Logistics Sweden, the nine will be completed by two internationally positioned partners.
