Hanjin Shipping renews Far East - Middle East service
Hanjin Shipping is renewing its current Far East-Middle East service starting from early July.
STX and Sinokor who have been operating FMX (Far East-Middle East Express) service with Hanjin Shipping will be replaced by a new partner, NYK.
According to Hanjin Shipping, current fleet of six 4,500-5,300TEU class vessels will be replaced by six 6,200-6,500TEU class ships of which five will be deployed by Hanjin Shipping and one by NYK. The first sailing date will be July 7th, from the port of Busan.
Hanjin Shipping comments, "The trade from the Far East to the Middle East has great potential and we will continue to invest to strengthen our presence in the market."
