Wan Hai & PIL to re-structure service in the Asia-Europe Trade
Wan Hai Lines Ltd and PIL have reached an agreement with COSCON on the Asia-Europe trade wherein they will Slot Charter space on COSCON Asia-North Europe Loop 1 and Loop 3 services (NE1 & NE3).
The NE1 and NE3 connect China to North Europe covering Shanghai-Ningbo-Yantian-Hong Kong-Nansha-Singapore-Rotterdam-Hamburg-Antwerp-Singapore and Shanghai. This arrangement would allow WHL and PIL to widen their port coverage in China and improve on service quality with better frequency and transit time. Wan Hai and PIL will start loading on the NE1 and NE3 vessels w.e.f June 2011.
