OOCL announces rate increases on Southeast Asia-Australia services
OOCL recently announced rate increases in their revenue recovery program with effect from October 1, 2010. A spokesperson for OOCL said the rates recovery is ?o ensure the continued provision of high quality services and sufficient capacity to cater for our customer requirements.
Freight rates for traffic from Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Indian Subcontinent and Middle East) to Australia, will be increased by USD 300 per TEU.
