Danzas is further expanding its globally successful project business.
In keeping with its new strategy, Danzas purchased the French firm Ser
mat SA, which specializes in project logistics.
Danzas purchased the French company sermat SA (in Courbevoie near Pari
s), which has been exclusively in the project logistics field for more
than 20 years. It has achieved measured success in China, North and W
est Africa, India, the Caribbean, as well as the Middle and Far East,
Sermat specializes in large industrial projects, construction, mining,
as well as the oil and energy industries.
The French will continue to be an indepedent entity while working clos
ely with the danzas Group. Project business, a core activity with larg
e growth potential within the framework of the Group’s new strategic
direction, is a component of Dansas’ intercontinental Business Unit,
