Samsung Heavy secured Newbuilding Orders for two Container Vessels from
Greece

Samsung Heavy Industries Co., has earned a $95 million order for two 3
,200 TEU container ships from Greece’s Costamare Shipping Company re-
cently.
The ships, 243 - meter long, 32 - meter wide and 19 - meter deep, will
be delivered to the Greek company in the first half of 1996.
During the first seven months of this year, Samsung Heavy Industries Co.,
received newbuilding orders amounting to 1.3 million gross tons of
19 vessels
