New exclusive wharf for luxury liners in Pusan Port
Pusan Port will provide an exclusive-use wharf for luxury cruise liners in November of this year.
BPA (Busan Port Authority) announced on June 2 that it would start construction work for an International Cruise Terminal from this month.
BPA will build the International Cruise Terminal in Dongsamdong, Youngdogu at an estimated cost of 5 billion won. The terminal will be built on an area of 669 pyoung (1 pyoung is about 3.3 sq. m), and will have 2 floors. There will be an entry into and departure from Korean Customs, a stall, restrooms on the first floor, a multi-purpose hall, a break room, and offices in the second floor.
The terminal is scheduled for completion in November when Pusan Port will contribute it to the international cruise industry.
