OOCL is expanding its services to cover all three coasts in North Amer
ica. The company announced the extension of its Eastbound Nax services
to the US West Coast.
OOCL will offer a direct all-water service from the ports of Oakland a
nd Long Beach to North Europe. The first sailing on July from Long Bea
cg will be with the m/v Mette Maersk V-706E.
Courtenay Allan, North Atlantic Trade Director of OOCL commented, “Th
is is a further demonstration of our commitment to providing quality s
ervice in the North Atlantic trades. We are to offer enhanced services
to our customers by providing a direct all-water service from the US
West Coast to Europe, which completes our all coasts coverage of the N
orth America market.”
This addition to the extensive Transatlantic network allows OOCL to of
fer the fastest West Coast all-water services to global clients.
