Sea-Land and Norasia to improve the service on Far East and Europe

Sea-Land Service Inc., and Norasia Lines have agreed to continue their
longstanding cooperation in the Asia, Middle East and Europe trade.
According to Chunkyung Agency, the general agent of Norasia in Korea,
the current service with 12 ships on 84 days’transit time will be rep
laced in September by a new service with 10 ships on 70 days’duratio
n.
The increased speed will substantially improve the quality of the serv
ice in terms of increasing schedule’s reliability and reducing transi
t time. The revised schedule will include nearly all ports covered by
the existing service but Le Havre will also be added, Chunkyung offici
al said.
