Global Enterprises renames itself to Sebang
Global Enterprise, a stevedoring and transportation company, is going to change its CI (Corporation Identity).
Global Enterprise announced on July 29 that it plans to open a temporary general meeting of stockholders to change the existing company name in Korean and English for its 40 year anniversary on September 9.
The company will change its existing Korean name from 'Sebang Kiup Ltd.' to 'Sebang Ltd.' and also change its English name from 'Global Enterprise' to 'Sebang'.
An official at the company said, "We decided to improve our company image for our 40 year anniversary and further our goal to become a global logistics company."
