KSSIAT introduces 'Happy Call'
The Korea Society of Ship Inspection and Technology (KSSIAT) introduced the 'Happy Call' system to improve service for people in civil affairs from this year.
The Happy Call service is the same as operated by banks and large enterprises. The service surveys a random sampling of customers to improve service.
The Korea Society of Ship Inspection and Technology asked about inspectors' kindness, fairness and satisfaction of inspection, etc., by phone to 10 people randomly sampled over one month after completing inspections.
The system was introduced first at the Wando branch last year. General satisfaction led to it spreading to 15 other branches.
