KMTC Opens Inchon-Shanghai Route
The Korea Marine Transport Co., Ltd. opened a new service (Inchon-Shanghai) with the container ship 'Sunny Laurel', starting Feb. 4.
The service was discussed at the eleventh Korea-China Marine Transportation Conference. Korea and Dong Young Marine Transport Co., Ltd. were selected to operate the Inchon-Shanghai route.
The two maritime transportation companies will run the service twice weekly. The new service will increase freight capacity in the Inchon-Shanghai route and strengthen competitiveness.
Korea Maritime Transport celebrated the sailing at Inchon port, Feb. 4.
