MOMAF Pyoungtaek regional office opens this week

The Pyoungtaek Regional Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Office opens on August 14th to manage and operate the Port of Pyoungtaek, a gateway to the Yellow Sea, with the slogan ?ortheast Asia logistics centering Country?
The Pyoungtaek office will handle difficulties from port users directly with systematic processes. Serving as the logistic hub for trade with China, it will handle skyrocketing cargoes with shippers for central Korea and save on logistic costs.
It will have 7 divisions for port development and operation, maritime environment security, and fisheries with 98 employees. It is the 12th regional MOMAF office .
