Tolos Co. renamed ‘Samsung Electronics Logitech Co.’

Tolos Co., covering logistic procedures from Samsung Electronics, changed its name into “Samsung Electronics Logitech Co.” from August 1st.

An insider from the company said that the renaming was planned to keep pace with the catch phrase “One Samsung” started from the beginning of this year to combine sales activities, service processes and logistic procedures into a consistent process. The logistic part, run as an independent corporation, now joins in the one process.

The word, “Logitech” is a combination of Logistics with Technology, implying the company’s rebirth as the company to offer the best logistic services by unifying expert logistic knowledge with state-of-the-art technology.

The Corporate Identity (CI) will carry out until the end of August without any corporate personnel restructuring.
