Seven Mountain pushes into Car Ferry Service
Seven Mountain and Seyang Shipping entered into the Car Ferry Business.
Seven Mountain revealed that the company and its affiliate Seyang Shipping signed with SITC March 8 in Rizhao to establish the Yellow Sea Ferry to operate between Pyoungtaek and Rizhao with 37% stock (including 16% from Seyang Shipping) of the company. The rest of the shares of the company will belong to the shipping company SITC and Rizhao city.
Involved companies will establish the Yellow Sea Ferry in the middle of March and open the trade in May.
