Korea Express posts ordinary profits of 48.4 billion won

Korea Express reported posting sales of 1.85 trillion won, sales profits of 63.3 billion won and ordinary profits of 48.4 billion won. Especially, ordinary profits arose by 67%, sales profits by 21% and sales by 13% compared to the previous year, respectively.

Korea Express explained that it succeeded in upgrading its brand image by participating as the official logistic provider for the World Cup games and the 2002 Olympic games, in addition to gaining a favorable light in its consumer business areas such as rental cars and home delivery.

In the mean time, Korea Express set its goal of fulfilling 1.13 trillion won in sales, 80.8 billion won in sales profits and net profits of 50 billion won.
