[ Change of Management at Danzas Switzerland ]

Basel, 22 August 1996 - Mr Martin Rudolf, Country Representative and H
ead of the Euro-cargo division of Danzas Switzerland/Austria, will be
leaving Danzas by mutual consent by the end of this month.
Until his succession has been decided Mr. Christoph Handschin takes ov
er the management of the Swiss Eurocargo division ad interim.
Mr. Rudolf has served Danzas in Sweitzerland and Austria for the last
six years and has significantly contributed to the development of our
activities in these two countries. Until the end of 1994 he was also m
ember of Group management. The Group manegement would like to thank Mr
. Rudolf for his ments and wishes him all the best for the future.
