CMA CGM reinforces Japan - US West Coast service
CMA CGM recently announced that it signed a cooperative agreement with The New World Alliance (MOL, APL, HMM) for a new weekly service linking Japan and the US West Coast named the ?uji?service.
Operating four vessels with nominal capacities ranging from 2,800 to 3,500 TEU, the new Fuji service offers a direct connection between 5 Japanese ports (Osaka, Kobe, Nagoya, Shimizu, Tokyo), and the US West Coast (Los Angeles).
Fuji guarantees some of the most competitive transit times on the market with a speedy 9 days linking Tokyo and Los Angeles.
This new development offers CMA CGM customers optimum coverage of the Japanese market, with five calls eastbound.
