Pan Ocean sets high goals for 2004

Pan Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd. set its sales goal for this year at 1,928.3 billions won and trading profits goal at 103.1 billions won.
Pan Ocean president, Jang Jin Won said in a New Year's speech, "We will be practical and will advance," and he added "We expect the shipping market will go on well this year due to business from China and economic recoveries in advanced countries like the US, and I think that we will surpass our trading profits goals like last year if we accurately analyze market changes and deal with the situation well."
Pan Ocean's goals for this year are to increase business competitiveness and customer's satisfaction.
The president said to employees, "We must try to recognize the value of our company in the market because fair company value is judged in the market objectively."
