SITC orders three boxships from Dae Sun
SITC Development Group Company Limited, a subsidiary company of SITC International Holdings Co., Ltd. signed the newbuilding contracts with Dae Sun Shipbuilding & Engineering Co., Ltd. on November 17, 2010 in Busan, Korea.
Mr.Yang XianXiang (CEO of SITC International) and Mr. Jae Yong Ahn (Managing Director of Dae Sun Shipbuilding) attended the signing ceremony and signed the newbuilding contracts accordingly on behalf of the parties.
Cooperation between SITC and Daesun for newbuildings traces back to the 1990. This signing is a new beginning between the two listed companies and also indicates that SITC International has taken firm steps to meet commitments in the prospectus.
