The launching of Hyundai Merchant Marine(HHM)? renewed website came after six months?preparation, and the new homepage focuses on improving the user interface. HMM has made some design changes, and has changed the functions of?ustomer Plus,?HMM? e-business system, to offer customers a better service.
A?upport Center?has been added; this is a window for customers, providing useful information and consisting of a notice board, user manual, a Q&A section, and a contact point.
In terms of design, HMM applied coherent color and style with its New CI, which was redesigned in 2006 to mark HMM? 30th anniversary. This design-integration work is expected to establish a stronger corporate image.
It is also important that the contents of renewed website have become available in Chinese in addition to Korean and English. HMM added a Chinese service to enhance its image as a global shipping company, and to acknowledge the importance of this growing market.
