The IPA (Inchon Port Authority) entrusted lawyer Hyun, Kim and Yong-Kyun, Cho as legal advisors.

The lawyers will act as a legal advisory, civil affairs administrator and examine contracts related to IPA.

Kim graduated from Seoul National University in 1980 and passed the 25th judicial examination. He obtained a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Washington. Now he is working as a legal advisor for the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (MOMAF) and as a representative lawyer in the law firm 'Sechang Law Offices'.

Cho graduated from Sungkyunkwan University in 1986 and passed the 28th judicial examination. He completed the his degree in comparative law at the University of Florida. After that, he worked as a judge for Seoul District Court, Seoul High Court and as a superintendent judge for Inchon District Court. Now he is in the 'Cho yong Kyun Law Office'.
