Gwangyang Port notices for port operating company

The Korea Container Terminal Authority is looking for an operator for grounds in Gwangyang Port.
The area up for bidding is 108,350㎡ wide, ideal for cargo transportation, logistic facilities and facilities leasing. The KCTA is expecting to raise 530 million won from rental or lease fees.
The grounds are expected to go for 4,950 won per square meter. Installation and other facilities management will be handed over to the operator.
The lease period is for three years. The KCTA explained the bidding on August 12th. Applications for bidding would be available until 4 o?lock in the afternoon August 18th and the day of tender is scheduled for 2 p.m. August 19th. The highest bidder will be chosen as the operator.
