Korea Line (KLC) announced its largest shareholder changed to Danish Lauritzen Bulkers A/S from SC Lowy Primary Investment on June 8th.
The Cayman Islands-based investment company has finished selling shares in face-to-face market three times on May 25th, 29th, and 30th.
Through the sale, the company saw its percentage of shareholding for KLC decrease from 5.17% to 1.01%, while the stocks diminished from 895,213 shares to 174,927 shares.
As a result Lauritzen Bulkers A/S, the second largest shareholder for KLC, rose to first place with its percentage of shares at 4.42%. The Danish carrier holds 765,114 shares. < 김보람 기자 brkim@ksg.co.kr >
