Upon expiry of the additional acceptance period on March 5, 1999, 1,79
1,480 Danzas registered shares have been tendered to Deutshe Post Inte
rnational. This represents 97.4 percent of the 1,838,690 Danzas regist
ered shares covered by the offe. Including the Danzas registered share
s already owned by Deusche Post inernational when the tender offer was
published, Deutsche Post International will hold 92.4 percent of the
capital and voting rights of Danzas(98.1 percent of registered shares
which carry full voting rights) when the tender offer formalities are
completed. Payment for the tendered shares will be made on March 12,19
99.
