[ TOC System to be implemented in Korean ports next year ]

The Korea Maritime and Port Administration(KMPA) said that they are plan-
ing to introduce the TOC (Terminal Operating Company) system in the
port of Pusan and the port of Incheon in the second half of the next
year.
Through the report presented to the National Assembly, KMPA explained
that they intended to complete the details of the plan for managing TOC
system in these ports within this December and appoint the private com-
pany which will operate terminals sometime during the first quarter
of next year.
