Hyundai Heavy Industries, their first delivery of LNG ship

HHI announced on August 30 that they delivered one LNG ship ordered from Nigeria in August 1999. This is the first LNG ship for HHI ordered from a foreign shipping company and delivered abroad, delived abroad. HHI received orders for 3 LNG ships in 1999.
The ship is one of the largest, measuring 137,000㎡ in LNG capacity, 288m long, 48m wide, and 26.5m deep. The ship disembarked August 30 and serves in the Binturu, Malaysia-Europe route.
HHI added that they still have 7 LNG ship orders and that they would concentrate on LNG and value added ships.
