Evergreen introduces new Taranto call on CES service

Evergreen is to introduce a new eastbound call at its Med hub port of Taranto on the recently-launched China Europe Shuttle (CES) service

The first Taranto call will be made on August 12th by the 7,024 teu Ever Superb.

Port rotation on the CES will then be : Kaohsiung, Hong Kong, Yantian, Tanjung Pelepas, Colombo, Rotterdam, Hamburg, Thamesport, Zeebrugge, Taranto, Port Said, Colombo, Tanjung Pelepas, Kaohsiung.

The CES service, which was launched in May as part of the restructuring of the old style Far East/Med (FEM) and USWC/Asia/Europe (WAE) pendulum services, deploys eight ??class vessels of 7,024 teu capacity.
