8,100-TEU MOL Creation to serve North China-Europe trade
MOL has held a naming ceremony for its latest 8,100-TEU containership at Japan? Mitsubishi Heavy Industries?Nagasaki Shipyard & Machinery Works.
The ship, the MOL Creation, will be joining the north China-Europe service that MOL will start in July by joining CMA CGM? existing service as a ship operator. The service, which is called FAL1 by CMA-CGM, and the NCE by MOL, will link the main ports in northern China to those of Europe.
Following MOL? participation, the service will be use the MOL Creation, along with eight ships provided by the French shipping group CMA CGM.
The port rotation for the NCE service will be: Dalian (Sat/Sun), Tianjin (Sun/Mon), Shanghai (Wed/Thurs), Hong Kong (Fri/Fri), Yantian (Sat/Sat), Port Kelang (Tues/Wed), Southampton (Fri/Sat), Hamburg (Mon/Tues), Rotterdam (Wed/Wed), Zeebrugge (Thur/Fri), Le Havre (Fri/Sat), Chiwan (Wed/Thurs), and Dalian (Sat/Sun).
The MOL Creation will first sail from Dalian on the NCE service on July 15.
