Mr. Guak elected president of KPSA

Guak Young Wook, president of Korex (Korea Express Co., Ltd.), was elected president of the Korea Port Stevedores Association. KPSA announced that it elected Mr. Guak as the fifth president of the assembly at the 2004 regular general meeting February 20.
One insider from the assembly said, "We chose Mr. Guak because he has tried to make our country become a major northeast Asian logistics hub for 40 years."
The Korea Port Stevedores Association was established to protect rights and interests of harbor loading and unloading operators in 1977, and has 263 member companies in 28 ports of all over the country.
