K-Line announces rotation changes

K-Line recently announced a rotation change for the North East  Asia Australia service (ESACO), together with partners Mitsui O.S.K. Line, NYK, Orient Overseas Container Line (Hong Kong) and Evergreen Marine Corp. (Taiwan).

The group aims for the rotation change to improve the schedule integrity, provide direct linkage from Qingdao to Australia, and shorten the transit time from Shanghai and Ningbo to Australia.

The first vessel of the new rotation will be the MV OOCL Nagoya V.042 calling at Yokohama on August 4. The present ESACO-B service remains unchanged.

ESACO`s new rotation :
Yokohama - Osaka - Pusan - Qingdao - Shanghai - Ningbo - Melbourne - Sydney - Brisbane - Yokohama
ESACO-B`s present rotation :
Ningbo - Shanghai - Xiamen - Shekou - Hong Kong - Sydney - Melbourne - Brisbane - Ningbo
