Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL, President: Koichi Muto) recently announced its new Mozambique Express Service (MZX, departing Singapore on June 7, 2013.
MZX is a weekly service operated by PIL with 7 vessels. MOL will have space on their new MZS service through space swaps on the new IOX service.
The current MOL bi-weekly service, Mozambique Zuid Africa IOI Service (current MZX, will be discontinued upon commencement of new IOX and MZX services. MOL will bolster service coverage for emerging Mozambique and Indian Ocean Islands ports, with new direct access to Reunion, Beira and Nacala.
The new MZX rotation takes 49 days with callings as follows:
▲Singapore - Maputo - Beira - Nacala - Singapore
