NOL names Bruno Sidler to Board of Directors

NOL Group recently announced the appointment of Bruno Sidler to its Board of Directors. Mr. Sidler is the Chief Operating Officer of market expansion services group DKSH Holding Ltd., which is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

Mr. Sidler will join the NOL Board on September 16, 2013 and he will serve as a member of the Executive Committee of the Board. On the same day, Olivier Lim will step down from the NOL Board. Mr. Lim is currently a member of the Nominating Committee.

Based in Zurich, Switzerland, Mr. Sidler is a logistics and business services veteran with a distinguished career spanning more than 30 years in the industry, most of it with the Panalpina Group where he rose through the ranks to become its President and CEO in 1998, a position he held until 2006.

Mr. Sidler held senior management roles at Ceva Logistics from 2007 to 2012, with his last appointment as its Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Executive Board. Mr. Sidler joined DKSH in 2013.
