Hyundai Logistics cooperation with Alibaba for logistics
Hyundai Logistics is cooperating with ICB, the Korean logistics partner of the CAINIAO. CAINIAO is the logistics company Alibaba Group.
Hyundai Logistics sign an agreement with ICB to offer services for China overseas sales, warehouse operations, and air transport services. Through this, overseas sale services are provided to Korean companies. The customs and shipping within China will proceed through Alibaba CAINIAO.
Over the last 9 months, Hyundai Logistics has built up its China sales process, finished logistics testing, and integrated this logistics system in Incheon Airport, Kimpo, Gunpo and Osan. In particular, the Incheon Airport Express Logistics Center was enlarged by 300% over its previous scale and throughput capabilities.
On March 11, Hyundai Logistics held a 멌AINIAO logistics business briefing session?at the Korea Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Lotte, Amore Pacific, Gmarket, Wemakeprice, 11th Street, and many other companies attended. Hyundai Logistics, explained the role of shipping & receiving, customs clearance, and air transport services in Korea.
Hyundai Logistics CEO Jae-Bok Lee said, "We will play a leading role as a top industry leader."
